About Roy Rassi:

10 years of Talent Acquisition experience, spanning various industries (marketing, Aerospace and Defense, Manufacturing, and Tech), I am as skilled recruiting talents for internal and external customers. 

Process builder, I have involved myself in several projects designed to improve internal processes (training processes, Bill 96 compliant hiring process to name a few)

I am at heart passionate about assuming the role of a bridge between my candidates and management, assisting candidates throughout their recruitement lifecycle, while ensuring they meet and exceed my customer's needs.

Throughout my career, I have been seen as an enthusiastic, dynamic teammate, striving not for goal achievment, but for exceeding of said goals, with a focus on being a helping hand, and provide mentorship to my newer colleagues.
