In my previous role as senior personal coordinator and a human resources supervisor at international companies, I was responsible for day-to-day personnel department operational activities in the company, address administration and personnel issues, familiar with all legal company works, in charge of data integrity of employees in SAP system,  worked with local entities in ensuring compliance and handled employee queries and policy administration and assisted all managers within the HR & Admin divisions to identify and document their business requirements and define the desired state of HR & Admin business processes  This experience honed my ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
