In my current position of 6 years as the administrative coordinator at the family grocery business, I work as part of a team to support various job roles, accounting and management.

This experience was a great opportunity to work alone, and as part of a team, providing excellent administration support as needed, every single day.

-Accounting payroll, general ledger with the business, communicate on a weekly basis with wholesalers, distributors, lawyers and month-to-month management aspects of the business operations and general community grocery business.
Microsoft Excel, SAP, Payroll, Federal government remittance, TradingView. 
-Accounting using Excel on a daily basis to ensure financial trackers are up to date, the store is meeting its financial obligations handling vendors and contractors, if and when required.
Example: providing data analysis using flow charts and graphics for quarterly financial reports.
-Overseeing the time entry of payroll and any shift discrepancies, troubleshooting and providing technical support, and managing business databases ensuring data is accurate and complete.
