  • Administration/Records Management:   I am recognized for administering data input with speed & accuracy with a high level of attention to detail to provide data for management to make informed decisions. I perform my accountabilities with the highest degree of confidentiality (PHIPA) with special attention to the identification of potential risks.  This pro-active approach ensures our daily operation is compliant with policy/practice to support a safe work environment for staff and clients.  In addition, I handle financial invoicing/insurance claims, inventory oversight, and vendor supply ordering administration.  I provide minute taking and scheduling to optimize client work flow and productivity. Also perform continuous improvement initiatives through policies/process reviews to ensure compliance and customer service excellence.
