I am a sole proprietor with a small business creating hand-poured crystal infused candles in up-cycled/repurposed vessels. This has given me the opportunity to create and plan for many markets and even selling in-stores at both Wittypeg and Plant Lab Botanicals in Winnipeg, MB.

Experience as a yoga instructor has also allowed me to expand my planning experience, creating, organizing and executing a Kid’s Creative Yoga Camp.

The Financial Advisor position has given me the opportunity to be self motivated, organizing and booking my own appointments, as well as adjusting bookings that were made online or in-branch. I am able to successfully work both independently and alongside team members. I am highly skilled in managing and organizing files (digital and paper based) containing personal and sensitive information, responding in a timely manner (24 hours) to voicemails, emails and Microsoft Teams messages, adapting to daily changes and fluctuations. I am required to contact clients, confirming appointments or request documents, further examine on-going cases, open new files, finalize applications and report on each regularly.

My previous role as a Senior Customer Experience Associate (SCEA) has allowed me to fine tune my customer service tools in a fast paced environment with quick decision making and on the spot problem solving, adapting to ever changing situations and circumstances. Additionally as a SCEA I took on the extra task in coordinating employees weekly schedules and holiday/vacation schedules.
