I have spent 27 years in the automotive industry in all aspects of a Service Department.

Within the 27 years of employment in a Dealer Service Department I have been a Service Advisor, Lube Tech Manager, Fleet Advisor, Warranty Administrator, Internal Advisor  as well as helping to build a BDC department

Although I did not spend any time in school for automotive I did graduate from Ontario Business School for Law & Security with a diploma
