I am writing to apply for the position of Administrative Officer. My 8 years of extensive experience make me a perfect fit for the position. I am eager to become a valued member in the organization.

I am working as a property administrator in Condominium Management Group  from the last 2 years, and during that time I have been tasked with the preparation of operating budget,prepare fiscal reports, issue work orders, drafting information certificate update for the condo owners, new owner information certificate for the new owners, assembling data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.

My previous experience of 3 years with Rai Consultants has strengthened my knowledge about travel support as well as Computer and technology knowledge including booking flights / accommodation, processing passport applications and timely dispatch of passports to customers. Processing incoming visa applications (including working Holiday Visa). 

I am able to meet tight deadlines. My attention to detail is my real strength. Aside from my skills and experiences, I feel ideally suited to this role because my career in administration makes me feel that working in inclusive environments has enabled me to improve efficiency and achieve targets.
