I love working with people. Getting the job done right but at the same time having a positive attitude. Customer service is about the feeling you give people. If you make them feel good they will be a returning customer. That is the goal at the end of the day for all companies. I want to do my job right, be happy doing it. While making others around me happy too. That includes co workers as well. Job is more positive when the team gets along with each other. Happy environment customers can feel. That’s what I call a successful day at work.

I have over 14 years or more customer service. Worked in hotels and restaurant when I was in school. Work for Google, Rogers and TD visa department. Work in retail, sporting goods, shoe store. I moved a lot with my family when I was worker. So I was lucky to have the opportunity to experiences different job field’s. 

I learned that not all people are the same so it’s important to approach everyone in different ways. Approach every situation the way it supposed to be handled but not people. So people are in a good mood a bad moo. Sick or lose someone. Some can’t hear well so you have to speak up. While others don’t like loud voices so you have to customize yourself to customer’s different needs.
