I have been in the Customer service industry for around two decades. Including sales, retail management, event hosting, order fulfillment, shipping, reception, food service (front and back of house), bar tending/barista.

I am a painter and hobbiest. I am a board game enthusiast and a weekly player of a 3 year long Dungeons&Dragons campaign. I am also a musician and play a number of instruments from flute, trumpet, saxophone, to percussion and stings.
