About tejasree Napa:

I have just over one year of experience working directly with each phase of the software development life cycle. I have experience in Salesforce administration and have done configuration to deliver business values.  I also have done training on Salesforce and MS SQL server in my previous organization. Looking to increase my productivity in a challenging environment as an analyst and administrator. Self - motivated and capable of rapidly learning new technologies and processes, and successfully applying them to projects and operations.

Experience

Involved in gathering new requirements, implementing changes and fixing bugs in production. Involved in the Database Design of the application, creating Complex Queries, tables, and writing stored procedures using SQL Server.

Education

Involved in developing various user defined Excel reports, Excel reports are developed in VBA.  Participated in troubleshooting, debugging and resolution of production issues along with support services. Involved in agile methodology and done proper technical documentation after each development work and bug fixes.
