Performing a Specialization in Analytics and Business Intelligence and Graduated in Production Engineering from Unisal, I have ten years of experience in the area of ​​quality assurance with a focus on product development and continuous improvement.
In 2018 I got the opportunity to be a Junior Quality Analyst for the software designed for the energy commercial area, where I performed manual tests with the support of Jira, preparing and executing test plans, with knowledge in the Scrum methodology.
In 2019, I decided to increase my know-how and started an artificial intelligence project, performing manual tests, identifying and prioritizing opportunities for process improvements, defining metrics, writing user stories, performance and efficiency indicators. Knowledge of Python programming languages.
As a Junior QA Test Developer, with my expertise in process improvement, I restructured the project documentation where I created a website and an onboarding flow to handle remote work, with this front I achieved recognition for Full QA Test Developer.
With my passion for process and learning, I helped to implement some successful initiatives such as the RPA CoE sector, where my focus was to analyze the AS IS and TO BE processes within the company's areas, making improvements and bringing agility by automating tasks. This year, in a strategic team meeting, a new initiative made my eyes shine and I started as leader of the Mentorship program.
Feeling ready to take another step, in 2022 I started as a Senior helping to build the data certification process.
