- Worked with subject matter experts, including Production Manager, Controllers, Quality coordinator by providing them with leadership, direction and guidance in their day-to-day planning and execution of critical business needs.
- Facilitated internal audits and external audits-BRC, SMETA, including developing audit scope, criteria and close-out of any observation and non-conformances.
- Investigate quality issues using problem solving, corrective action and continuous improvement tools to ensure best practices are being developed and implemented within our quality management system via product and process assurance, and progressive certification of plant.
- Management project, including planning, scheduling, and budgetary requirements of the responsible departments.
- Identify process gaps in On-Time In-Full supply chain management. Improving it from 50% to the target of 85% within one month, using DMAIC and SIPOC lean methodology.
- Evaluate and report on KPIs (Quality, safety, and process metrics) to the plant manager and other stakeholders and proffer solutions for improvement.
- Worked on Continuous Improvement (CI) of Die cutting machine, identified gaps in set up and other downtimes, which increased monthly runtime by 24 hours (3 shifts) and increased the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by 10%.

- Give technical advice to production team members, management, and other internal customers, regarding CI initiatives and best practices to enhance operational excellence.
- Deploying lean methodologies- 5 whys, gap analysis and used Value stream mapping to increase the throughput of solar panels from 200 units to 400 units daily.
- Ensure a safe working environment for our employees by ensuring that appropriate Personal Protective Equipment are worn and routine safety communication and training.

- Investigate customer complaints- Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). Analysed data and trend for three years and recommended solutions that reduced the complaints by 20%. Facilitate quality awareness and continuous improvement throughout the Company.
