Hello! I've been an automotive dispatcher/office administrator since 2013. Prior to that I found myself enjoying times working in the hospitality industry. I am a friendly, motivated, detail oriented type of person. I work well with a team and I am motivated to work on my own. I look forward to the opportunity for a conversation with you.

● Check in & out our Guest Services Team, share necessary game day information 

● Greet Fans and assist with in stadium directions for seat and concessions

● Administrative duties: ○ Answering phones for internal and external concerns ○ Extracting data and creating reports for Fleet & Comms Centre (Excel, PowerBI, Genesys) ○ Fax, scan, copy, file, email ○ Run Contractor Pay through in house programs and banking programs ○ Schedule staff (Excel) ○ Prepare data for staff meetings, learning opportunities (Share Point, Power Point, Word) ○ Assist with IT with new product role out testing & configuration

● Invoicing, payment process and statement building using Epicor 

● Solving complaints & providing kudos 

● Coaching agents, supervising approx 20 in center staff and 10 work from home agents

MAY 1992 SIAST, KELSEY EXTENSION PROGRAMS - SPECIAL CARE AIDE/HOME CARE AIDE This course taught me more than how to be a care aid for special needs and elderly residents. I was able to learn organizational behavior methods to make the best use of my time. I was taught to be organized, friendly, caring and efficient. I believe this helped to develop the quality customer service state of mind I use every day.
