Hello! I've been an automotive dispatcher/office administrator since 2013. Prior to that I found myself enjoying times working in the hospitality industry. I was able to learn organizational behavior methods to make the best use of my time. I was taught to be organized, friendly, caring and efficient. I believe this helped to develop the quality customer service state of mind I use every day.
