VANDANA KALYANKAR

I ahve put in 25 years of service as officer in India's largest bank, State Bank of India. I have performed roles of customer service representative, supervisor, Field Officer, Branch Manager, Forex Officer, Rural Banking Officer, Team Leader, Analytics, Digital Officer overlooking 250 Branches across the entire city of Hyderabad, India. I have also worked as Branch Head in SBI Canada Bank at two locations - Scarborough and Downtown, Toronto. My role was assisting customers in RESP, Deposits, Mortgages, Remittances to India, cross selling them credit cards, Student GIC etc.

My last asignment was very exciting. I was Assistant General Manager, Corporate Salary Package, Global Capabiltiy Centres.

At present, I have taken sabbatical leave for one year so that I can persue MBA from Toronto Metropolitan University starting Fall, 2025. I want to support myself and my family financially, so I would like to take up a part time job. though I am applying for customer service representative, I can even do middle and senior management level jobs also. But I am only looking for part time jobs. I do not want to get distracted much and complete my MBA. 

My experience is very vast ranging from uplifting rural Indian women from poverty, teaching Test of Reasoning for candidates going for competitive exams and teaching management subjects to under graduate students.

I have supported 250 branches indirectly in helping their customers move to digitial banking. Also I was directly involved in creating of a mobile banking Application called YONO SBI CA. I have worked as Branch Manager for more than 12 years in various branches including rural, urban and metro branches. I also have Canadian experience for 4 years as Branch Head at SBI Canada Bank Scarborough and Downtown Toronto branches.

I have completed Master of Business Administration ( MBA) specialization in Marketing from Osmania University, India. At present, I have taken off ( sabbatical Leave) for one year to study MBA from Toronto Metropolitan University with specialisation in latest ares like AI / ML etc. 

Prior to MBA, I compelted Bachleor of Commerce in Hyderabad, India. I have also done one year course in Computer Applications in the year 1996 when computers was nascent in India.
