Working at Hardex Manufacturing Corp. in Vancouver, BC as an International Sales Specialist, my work experience involve the following:

• Building and establishing strong relationships with clients. 

• Handling sales duties and answering leads inquiries and preparing quotations. • Review export documents for orders (Sales Invoice, Bill of Lading (BL), Packing List) and others if needed, then send them to the customer. 

• Negotiate contract (price, terms, and conditions) in coordination with the General Manager. • Attended trade shows worldwide to raise brand awareness. 

• Develop reports and proposals as part of sales presentation to illustrate benefits from the use of goods. 

• Manage the CRM tool and provide weekly feedback on prospects and opportunities. 

• Manage customer complaints effectively and efficiently. 

• Report Directly to General Manager regarding leads and customers’ requirements. 

• Train new sales members on product knowledge and sales strategy.

As a candidate who has completed a Master of Science in Big Data Analytics, I have acquired comprehensive skills in utilizing essential tools such as R, Python, SQL, and Excel. Through my academic journey, I have gained hands-on experience in these tools, enabling me to proficiently analyze and manipulate complex datasets. R and Python have equipped me with the ability to perform advanced statistical analyses and develop machine-learning models. My expertise in SQL empowers me to effectively manage and query databases, while my proficiency in Excel allows me to organize and analyze data efficiently.
