About Youjin Lee:

My experience in various companies were heavily focused on the customer service role by connecting and interacting with clients and customers. With professional demeanor, I was able to allow them to discuss their concerns comfortably and was able to complete my duties successfully. Resolving over 12,000 cases of customer enquiries and complaints, I learned to effectively identify and address customer needs. My two years of experience in the largest car rental company, Lotte Rental, enhanced my understanding of various administration work. The achievement award for my outstanding performance and academic achievement also proves my diligent attitude toward hard work and further supports my qualifications for similar positions. I was also recognized by my manager for my excellent job attitude and promoted to permanent position within 3 months of my internship period. My previous work responsibilities included data analysis, administrative tasks that required error-free outcomes as it involved legal contracts. Managing over 13,700 customers’ data I have gained in-depth comprehension of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Moreover, I surveyed clients for marketing purposes and produced internal reports that enabled me to utilize Microsoft Office to result in high quality correspondence.

 

I had worked closely with my team members to gain better work knowledge to maintain data accurately and consistently. As my wealth of knowledge increases, I help and support others within the office. Also, my experience in Canada has allowed me to grow and provided me with valuable insight with communication and customer service.
