My experience in various companies were heavily focused on the customer service role by connecting and interacting with clients and customers. With professional demeanor, I was able to allow them to discuss their concerns comfortably and was able to complete my duties successfully. I was also recognized by my manager for my excellent job attitude and promoted to permanent position within 3 months of my internship period. My previous work responsibilities included data analysis, administrative tasks that required error-free outcomes as it involved legal contracts. Managing over 13,700 customers’ data I have gained in-depth comprehension of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Moreover, I surveyed clients for marketing purposes and produced internal reports that enabled me to utilize Microsoft Office to result in high quality correspondence.
I had worked closely with my team members to gain better work knowledge to maintain data accurately and consistently. As my wealth of knowledge increases, I help and support others within the office. Also, my experience in Canada has allowed me to grow and provided me with valuable insight with communication and customer service.
