About Zeshan Raja:

Zeshan is a seasoned CRM Technical lead with 13+ years of CRM & Dynamics CRM deployments worldwide. He has worked with customers in capturing business requirements for full-scale deployments of telecommunications software. His extensive knowledge of Dynamics CRM and SQL Server gives him the competitive advantage inworking with customers who are using legacy CRMs and how to transform them to next generation software and leverage next generation business processes.   • Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365, Dynamics CRM (2011 – 2016), and SQL Server – trained the products to various audiences, deployed the products into new & existing environments, migrated data from legacy systems, and customized workflows to meet business processes
  • Excellent communication skills – able to effectively transfer message to audiences of different competencies and cultures
  • Executed several data migrations where the platform was moved from on-premises to cloud (Azure); responsible for data integrity and migration strategy
  • Developed teams in training department and customer operations
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office – executed O365 migrations (Active Directory to Azure, legacy to Microsoft, etc.)
  • Achieved Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365
  • Currently, managing multiple customers in parallel in different capacities (ie. Solutions Architect, Functional Consultant, Day-to-Day Operations) – it allows me to maintain technical/granular knowledge of D365 while also helping organizations design implementation strategies that modernize business processes and maximize the use of D365
