• Effective tracking and managing of live mortgage applications and new leads
• Processing up to 5 mortgage applications per day, evaluating documentation and communicating with clients, brokers and referral partners to obtain the details for submission.
• Fulfilling all conditions required and communicating remaining conditions with the lenders/clients and brokers to meet the Condition of Financing deadlines
• Providing excellent customer service to all parties associated with each mortgage transaction
• Responding to emails and requests quickly and efficiently
• Work in collaboration with the team to make sure all deals are compliant and properly archived.
• Updating and maintaining the CRM for the mortgage brokers on the team

• Experience underwriting in the residential AAA mortgage lending industry.
• Preference will be given to licensed mortgage professionals. Requirement to obtain license within 1 month from start date.
• Strong understanding of residential mortgage market, lender guidelines and the proven ability to make sound decisions.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Lender Portals, Newton Velocity (or Filogix), social media platforms and communication applications (specifically Hubspot, Trello, Vidyard and Google Platforms, (training will be provided).
