    Description

    We are looking to add a skilled, hard-working Electrical Project Manager Estimator who tackles every job, no matter the size or type.

    Bring your expertise to a large stage, our work can offer you a chance to work on a variety of commercial and residential projects, ranging from small tenant improvements and renovations to service and preventative maintenance work.

    Maintain good relationship with suppliers, consultants, general contractors and end users.

    Review contracts for onerous clauses and conditions.

    Manage project financial performance, including billing responsibilities.

    Estimate project costs and changes, and submit tenders.

    Work with Coordinators, and Service Electricians to develop work and small project scheduling.

    Manage the project and be present on project sites on a regular basis.

    Arrange for project manuals/Power quality reports to be completed.

    Review the project at completion with the foreman and superintendent to discuss successes and challenges.


    Electrical trade certificate, Electrical Engineering degree or Electrical Technologist diploma/certificate, 5 years' experience in Electrical Project Management and/or Estimating, Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, Strong communication skills, Good computer skills and proficient in MS Office (word, excel, outlook, etc.), FSR A or B certificate is a required Experience with high voltage and preventative Maintenance work, also an asset.
