Your future role on our team


Reporting to the Product Manager, Digital Workplace, you'll ensure that the needs of business units are matched with available solutions for document management and electronic content.


You'll be responsible for developing and implementing the firm's electronic document management (EDM) systems and may be required to work on other content management products.

You'll work closely with your team members and other areas of IT (development, BI, infrastructure and service centre).

  • Analyze business needs for various corporate departments to draft functional specifications.
  • Lead modelling workshops for business processes.
  • Analyze, estimate and prioritize system change requests and necessary patches.
  • Manage and configure the EDM tool based on required changes and BBA's existing information governance.
  • Plan, deploy or oversee the deployment of sprints or new product versions, and manage other stakeholders during deployments (e.g., Infrastructure team).
  • Serve as an expert in your business field between internal users and internal or external service providers.
  • Provide support to system users and colleagues (backup).
  • Guide and coordinate test design and execution plans with users.
  • Ensure document management products are functioning excellently and, where necessary, take steps to remedy any issues.
  • Oversee document management monitoring and recommend preventive action, where necessary.
  • Oversee the life cycle and monitor document and content management products.
  • Help analyze solutions to standardize document management within the firm.
  • Perform any other document managementrelated duties.

Overview of certifications and job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business data processing or any other relevant field
  • Indepth knowledge of a document management system (two years)
  • 3 to 7 years of relevant exprience as a Business Analyst
  • Fluent in French, both spoken and written
  • Ability to create clear and concise documentation and keep it updated
  • Knowledge of Microsoft DevOps and Agile development methods
  • Knowledge of analysis methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of the MS Office 365 Suite tools
  • Asset: Bilingual, both spoken and written (English and French)
