- Responsibilities include sourcing vendors, ordering, and tracking all purchases in a timely manner.
- The Storeroom Clerk checks all incoming goods against delivery invoices, food specifications, and purchase records.
- Ensures that the type and amount of items charged and ordered were received accurately.
- Issues food, beverage, and non-food goods to appropriate departments based on requisition orders.
- High level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Direct involvement with both outside vendors and internal hotel management
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English required
- Requires a high level of physical mobility due to the nature of the position
- Ability to continuously stand for up to 8 hours per shift and lift up to 40lbs required
- A positive attitude and a can-do approach to any task are essential
- Must hold valid work authorization for Canada

About the role:
Join our dynamic, diverse team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler as the Full Time Seasonal Receiving Clerk. The Storeroom Clerk is part of the Purchasing Department whose function is to procure various items utilized by the hotel.
