Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team.

The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams such as marketing and operations to meet customer needs.
  • Remain up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a B2B sales environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Selfmotivated and results driven.
  • Strong problemsolving skills.
  • Knowledge of sales tools and techniques, such as CRM systems and sales methodologies.
  • Experience in the HVAC industry preferred.

Salary:
$65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
