JOB DESCRIPTION
The Spray Foam Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance and guidance to customers, contractors, and internal teams regarding the proper use, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of spray foam insulation products.
CANDIDATES WILL UNDERGO A PRACTICAL EVALUATION IN ADDITION TO THE INTERVIEW

10+ YEARS OF COMBINED SPRAYER AND EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE, OF WHICH A MINIMUM 5 YEARS MUST BE AS A SPRAYER:

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical Assistance:
- Perform site inspections when required and create reports accordingly.
Problem Solving:
- Analyze and diagnose technical issues reported by customers or contractors and provide effective solutions to address problems.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve complex technical challenges and escalate issues as needed.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain an indepth understanding of the company's spray foam insulation products, their specifications, limitations, and performance characteristics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices related to spray foam insulation technology.
- Spray foam related equipment maintenance and fix.
Documentation:
- Create and update technical documentation, including manuals, guides, and FAQs, to assist customers and contractors in using and troubleshooting products effectively.
Training and Education:
- Develop and conduct training programs for customers, contractors, and internal teams to enhance their understanding of product usage, safety protocols, and installation techniques.
- Participate in workshops, seminars, and trade shows to share technical knowledge and promote the company's products.
Quality Assurance:
- Collaborate with quality control teams to monitor product performance in the field and provide feedback for product improvement.
- Collect and analyze data related to product performance and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and contractors, serving as a reliable technical resource and building trust in the company's products and support services.
Safety Compliance:
- Ensure that all technical recommendations and assistance provided align with industry safety standards and regulations.
Salary:
$70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
