- Opening and closing the bar
- Manage bar personnel in the absence of the Bar Chief
- Offer a professional, affable and endearing level of service at all times
- Participate in the set-up before, during and after the service according to assigned tasks
- Carry out beverages and supplies requisitions according to the established standards;
- Participate in inventory control activities;
- Perfect knowledge of all offers, promotions and services of the establishment;
- Perfect knowledge of all the cocktails and other beverages on the drinks menu and of the dishes on the menu, their garnishes, contents and preparation methods;
- Explain our vast cocktails list and offer our customers a unique experience; Ensure the maintenance of the refrigerators and the rotation of products;
- Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining a professional and well-kept appearance;
- Comply with our department's service standards, policies, procedures and rules;
- Comply with all food safety policies and standards when preparing food and beverages;
- Degree in bar tending and/or at least one-year relevant experience in bar tending;
- Excellent communications skills in French and English;
- Walk and stand for the entire duration of the work shift
