    What You'll Do as a Sales & Marketing Executive:

    • Lead Sales and Marketing Efforts: Drive our sales and marketing initiatives with a passion for innovation and environmental sustainability. Understand market dynamics and customer needs to effectively position our solutions.

    What You'll Bring to the Team:

    • Educational Foundation: Possess a degree in business, marketing, sales, public relations, communications, or equivalent experience that enhances your qualifications.
    • Sales Expertise: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Excellent understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
    • Digital Marketing Expertise: With at least 3 years in the field, you are adept in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns, especially in a B2B technology context.
    • Creative Proficiency: Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, you add both style and functionality to our marketing projects.
    • Independence and Motivation: Self-directed and driven, you excel at setting and achieving ambitious goals.
    • Interpersonal Skills: You are a natural at influencing others and communicate your ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.
    • Analytical Skills: Equipped with strong judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities, thriving in a collaborative team setting.

    • Design and Engineering Insight: A background in marketing or graphic design within business or engineering fields is a plus.
