    Customer Service Representative

    What do our Customer Service Representatives do ?

    Our Customer Service Representatives are courteous, knowledgeable and empathetic to the caller's anxieties over pests in their homes and businesses.

    A successful Customer Service Representative is a motivated self-starter who can work independently with a focus on results in achieving company business goals.

    ~Maintain good customer relations both on the phone and in person
    ~Gather information from customers to help identify and solve problems
    ~Sell the value of our services and suggest upgrades to service
    ~Confirm, schedule and reschedule services for the customer
    ~Answer billing questions and assist in resolving AR disputes
    ~Data entry relating to customer job setups, invoicing and credits as needed Perform general office duties as assigned
    ~Work as a team with Service, Sales and administrative colleagues

    One to Two years' experience in a customer service or call center role
    Have a pleasant phone voice and ability to clearly speak and be understood on the phone
    Balance customer demands with Service and Sales team requests
    World class training of the latest industry best practices
    Company provided technology package and car allowance
    Short and long-term disability
