Job summary

We are looking for a Branch Business Development & Sales Manager with prior experience driving growth and profitability within the industrial segment by developing strategic partnerships, expanding market share, customer base, and optimizing sales performance.<+

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute industrial retail business development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Create a marketing plan for our retail stores in collaboration with all key stakeholders to help drive sales.
  • Negotiate contracts pricing service agreements ensure mutual profitability.

Bachelor's degree in Business Sales Marketing or related field required Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in industrial distribution retail sales or business development preferred Proven track record of driving revenue growth managing both small large accounts ability meet exceed sales targets Strong negotiation communication skills work effectively levels organization internally externally Ability lead cross-functional teams manage complex projects create authentic relationships colleagues Proficiency CRM systems Microsoft Dynamics SAP data analytics tools Self-starter perform fast-paced dynamic environment Keen self-awareness alignment workplace culture built humanistic values continuous improvement Adept interested understanding business needs working achieve company vision goals Intermediate level proficiency MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint
