    JOB SUMMARY

    Our Creative Brand Team is looking for an outstandingDigital Graphic Designerto join their team. Showing a great sense of responsibility, initiative and detail, the Digital Graphic Designer will participate in creating and executing a multitude of digital projects. Evolving in a stimulating and dynamic environment, the Digital Graphic Designer will be called to work on campaign assets for web and other digital channels and ensure high quality execution of all digital brand projects.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with the Art Director to create and execute beautiful creative assets, in line with the Frank And Oak visual identity and art direction
  • Be fully in charge of the creation, execution and final export of various assets, across all digital channels
  • Ensure designs are impactful and adapted to fit specific channel specs, needs and objectives
  • Collaborate to result-driving online advertising
  • Perform basic infographic tasks
  • Execute design for digital ads, emails, various website assets
  • Help create web page and social media mockups
  • Interpret brand art direction to accurately apply vision to cohesive digital asset creation
  • Manage and coach a junior graphic designer
  • Propose new animation ideas, interactive features & behaviours, help create new templates to continuously upgrade digital assets
  • Develop designs while managing input from multiple stakeholders
  • Thoroughly execute, at need, basic graphic design tasks or minor retouches
  • Contribute to sourcing collaborators such as designers, video editors, animators, artists and illustrators for special projects.

    • REQUIREMENTS

  • years experience in digital design, graphic design, animated content
  • College degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, or a relevant field
  • Expertise with Figma, Jira (to be used on a daily basis)
  • Mastery of the Adobe Suite, notably Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign (to be used an a daily basis)
  • Expertise with video-editing and D softwares; example Premiere, Final Cut, Cinema D
  • Expertise with animated content, typography or moving image
  • Excellent understanding of page layout, typography and interaction design
  • Strong interest in fashion, design, aesthetics, and culture
  • Passionate about various areas of design, photography, visual communication
  • Experience taking designs from idea to execution to final export
  • Expertise in building and maintaining design systems and component libraries
  • Experience in designing web mock-ups, landing pages, all with UI/UX best practices in mind
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and digital content best practices and common challenges
  • Mastery of graphic production standards
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment where a quick turnaround is needed
  • Good communication skills in both French & English
  • Agency or start-up experience preferred, e-commerce or fashion experience an asset
  • Efficient photo retouching skills, an asset

    Notre équipe Créative est à la recherche d'un(e)designer graphique numériqueexceptionnel pour se joindre à son équipe. Faisant preuve d'un grand sens des responsabilités, de l'initiative et du détail, le designer graphique numérique participera à la création et à l'exécution d'une multitude de projets numériques. Évoluant dans un environnement stimulant et dynamique, le designer graphique numérique sera appelé à travailler sur des projets de campagne pour le Web et d'autres canaux numériques et à assurer une exécution de haute qualité de tous les projets de marque numérique.

    PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la Directrice artistique pour créer et exécuter de superbes éléments de design graphique, conformément à l'identité visuelle et à la direction artistique Frank And Oak
  • Être en charge de la création, de l'exécution et de l'exportation finale de divers éléments graphiques et déclinaisons, pour tous les canaux numériques
  • S'assurer que les designs sont impeccables et adaptées aux spécifications, aux besoins et aux objectifs spécifiques des canaux
  • Collaborer à la publicité en ligne génératrice de résultats
  • Effectuer des tâches infographique de base
  • Exécuter la création de publicités numériques, les courriels marketing, et divers éléments graphiques pour le site Web
  • Aider à créer des maquettes de pages Web et pour les réseaux sociaux
  • Interpréter la direction artistique de la marque pour appliquer avec précision la vision à la création cohérente d'éléments de design et déclinaisons graphiques numériques
  • Connaissance intuitive de l'utilisation de la photographie dans un contexte e-commerce de mode
  • Axé sur les détails, effectuer un contrôle qualité des éléments de design exportés pour s'assurer qu'ils sont conformes aux normes
  • Proposer de nouvelles idées d'animation, des fonctionnalités et des comportements interactifs, aider à créer de nouveaux modèles pour mettre à jour en permanence les éléments de design numériques
  • Développer des conceptions tout en gérant les contributions et le feedback de plusieurs membres de l'équipe
  • Exécuter minutieusement, au besoin, des tâches de conception graphique de base ou des retouches mineures
  • Contribuer à la recherche de collaborateurs tels que des designers, des monteurs vidéo, des animateurs, des artistes et des illustrateurs pour des projets spéciaux
