Solutions Media 360 is looking for a Business Analyst whose role will be to analyze and model business needs, to translate business, operational and functional requirements to development teams and to serve as the "bridge" between developers and product stakeholders.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define specific functional specifications with the product owner and project team
- Work with Product Owner/ development team to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into necessary documentation, process flows, user journeys/stories, functional specifications.
- Help define the various scopes (stories, release, sprint, project, tests)
- Concevoir, réaliser et tenir à jour les tests fonctionnels et d'assurance qualité.
- Produce / update required documentation
- Collaborate with developers to configure / build new product features
- Use knowledge of business processes and systems to solve complex business problems
- Provide solutions that meet customer needs and communicate information to developers, clients and other stakeholders
- Actively participate in all stages of the project lifecycle i.e. from initiation to completion
- Write business and functional analysis
- Create wireframes and document mappings
- Leading requirements gathering in an Agile DevOps framework
- Facilitating requirements backlog grooming sessions
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 35 years of experience in an analyst position
- Hold a university degree in a field related to IT
- Good Analytical Skills, impeccable attention to detail is an absolute must
- Strong skills with database extraction and transformation (including SQL, Google Sheets, Google Data Studio)
- 2+ years of recent experience working in Agile environment
- Effectively collaborate with team members
- Perfectly bilingual (French / English)
