The Drake Hotel (Toronto), Drake Devonshire Inn (Wellington, Prince Edward County), and Drake Motor Inn (Wellington, Prince Edward County) are each reflective of their respective neighbourhoods as inclusive hubs for unique and diverse experiences through art, culture and hospitality with great seasonal menus, a robust cocktail list, carefully curated curiosities, and genuine hospitality excellence for all.

    The Drake Devonshire + Motor Inn are looking for a House Person who is guest-focused, hardworking, professional, flexible and positive individual who doesn't mind getting their hands dirty to take pride in the beauty and upkeep of our hotel rooms.

    Responsibilities

    • Property/common space cleaning
    • In-room cleaning service.
    • Ability to lift 50 Ibs

    Requirements

    • Available and flexible to work mornings, days, evenings and weekends; part-time + full time hours
    • The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1-year Housekeeping, cleaning, production, experience in a fast paced hotel, building or accommodation environment; boutique hotel property is an asset
    • Strong eye for detail
    • Mechanically inclined
    • A positive and energetic individual with a "can-do" attitude
    • Must be comfortable with light to moderate lifting and cleaning duties
    • Leadership experience is an asset, but not a requirement of the role
