    As a CRO Lead / Manager at FÜM, you will be responsible for managing, testing and implementing conversion points in the marketing funnel.

    The mission of the CRO Lead / Manager is to help FÜM achieve its vision of helping 1,00,000 people quit smoking/vaping by 2026 by identifying opportunities for conversion optimization, implementing testing strategies, and analyzing performance data to drive improvements in the online shopping experience.

    By leveraging data-driven insights and innovative testing methodologies, the CRO Lead/Manager will aim to enhance user engagement, maximize conversions, and increase overall revenue.

    Develop and execute a comprehensive CRO strategy, focusing on improving user experience and increasing conversion rates.

    Manage and optimize the use of Shopify Plus features and capabilities, ensuring the platform is fully leveraged to meet business goals.

    Design, implement, and analyze A/B testing and multivariate testing using Intelligems, interpreting results to make data-informed decisions.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, UX/UI design, and product management, to develop cohesive strategies that enhance customer journeys.

    Monitor and analyze eCommerce metrics, using data to understand user behavior and identify areas for improvement.

    Oversee and report on the performance of conversion strategies to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for further optimization.

    Key Performance Indicators
    Improvement in customer engagement metrics, such as time on site and pages per session
    Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, proficient in Google Analytics and other analytical tools.

    Experience with CRO tools and platforms, particularly Intelligems, and a strong grasp of A/B testing and multivariate testing methodologies.

    Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Compensation will range between $90,000 - $110,000 CAD annually plus additional personal & company performance-based bonuses based on experience.

    Availability for team correspondence and meetings is Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00 MST.
