- Organise, dirige et coordonne les équipes de projets multidisciplinaires selon les priorités de l'entreprise ;
- Assure de communiquer les mises à jour sur les projets auprès des différentes parties prenantes ;
- Développe la formulation de nouveaux produits basée sur la stratégie de l'entreprise ;
- Assure que les spécifications produites sont viables et correspondent au besoin exprimé par le client interne/externe, que le coûtant et la rentabilité rencontrent la cible et que les échéanciers sont respectés ;
- Dirige des essais en laboratoire et en production ;
- Solutionne les problématiques de développement de produits ;
- Recherche et rencontrent des ressources externes (fournisseurs, centre de recherche, etc.) afin d'évaluer et de recommander de nouveaux fournisseurs, ingrédients et concepts ;
- Analyse les résultats, rédigent les rapports techniques et soumettent des recommandations ;
- Dirige l'organisation et le fonctionnement du panel interne d'évaluation sensorielle ;
- S'assure que le démarrage du produit correspond au cahier des charges et sont responsables des productions jusqu'à ce que les opérations soient stables.
- Détenir un Baccalauréat en Sciences et technologies des aliments, génie alimentaire ou tout autre domaine pertinent ;
- Posséder un minimum de 5 années d'expérience en développement de produits agroalimentaires, dont une expérience en gestion de projet ;
- Détenir une première expérience pertinente dans le domaine des viandes et/ou dans le développement de produits sur transformés de volaille, sera considéré comme un atout important ;
- Avoir d'excellentes connaissances des procédés, des ingrédients, des lois et des normes de l'ACIA (étiquetage, formulation de recettes, nomenclature des coupes de viandes, etc) ;
- Posséder des connaissances approfondies des meilleures méthodes de développement de produits en alimentation ;
- Connaissance des programmes de subventions et de crédits d'impôts en recherche et développement ;
- Maîtriser les outils de la Suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) ;
- Posséder des notions de base en nutrition et sur l'art culinaire ;
- Le bilinguisme français/anglais est essentiel dans l'exercice de ces fonctions.
