Job summary
We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team at Minto. As a key point of contact for residents, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and well-run community through exceptional service and clear communication. You will coordinate maintenance requests, support move-ins and move-outs, and work closely with on-site teams and partners to keep daily operations running smoothly.Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to all resident related issues inquiries
and requests with strong focus on customer satisfaction. - Oversee maintenance requests by working closely with residents,
maintenance staff external vendors ensure timely communication scheduling
and completion maintain accurate up-to-date work order closure documentation in YARDI.
