Job summary
As a Service Coordinator at Minto REIT in Calgary, you will be a key point of contact for residents helping create a welcoming community through exceptional service and clear communication. You will coordinate maintenance requests and support move-ins and move-outs while working closely with on-site teams and partners to keep daily operations running smoothly.Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to all resident related issues inquiries and requests with strong focus customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate maintainance requests by working closely with residents maintenance staff external vendors ensure timely communication scheduling completion.
- Maintain accurate up-to-date work order closure documentation YARDI.
