Job summary
The Service Coordinator will be a key point of contact for residents helping create a welcoming well-run community through exceptional service and clear communication. They will coordinate maintenance support move-ins and move-outs work closely with on-site teams and partners to keep daily operations running smoothly.
- Respond promptly to all resident related issues inquiries and requests with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance requests by working closely with residents maintenance staff and external vendors to ensure timely communication scheduling completion.
