- Enjoy using your knowledge of accounts payable or accounts receivable to support the financial health of an organization.

- Ensures accounts payable vendor invoices are processed on a timely basis.
- Match invoice to received items on purchased orders or expenditure contracts. Reviews invoices for information and to ensure appropriate expenditure officer approvals have been obtained prior to payment. Confirm account coding is correct.
- Reviews vendor statements, reconciles accounts, resolves payment discrepancies and issues credits and/or adjustments as required.
- Review and process employee expense claims. Confirm receipts submitted are in accordance with our policies and procedures. Confirm coding and proper signatures.
- Records management/filing.
- Create monthly recurring AR invoices.
- Enter AR invoices into the Third-Party portal.
- Enter cash receipts.
- Send out customer statements and regular invoices.
- Reconcile payments to accounts receivable invoices.
- Prepare ad-hoc customer forms.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer issues.
- Ensure transactions are properly recorded and resolve discrepancies in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
