Description

Europa Catering & Europa Convention Centre is looking for Servers and Bartenders to join our team in Toronto & in Mississauga.

Bartender Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages.

- smart serve

Greet and seat patrons in a timely manner.
Maintain bar inventory.
Maintain bar equipment.
Stock bar inventory, including new inventory as needed.
Complete daily prep list.
Maintain bar area cleanliness and organization at all times.
Other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.

Banquet Server responsibilities:

- serving food and beverages
- helping prepare the event space
- cleaning up the event space once the affair is complete.

Direct guests to necessary services and features
Assist with event preparation, set up and closing, including setting up and packing away tables, table cloths and place settings
Support other staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Adhere to safety and quality regulations
Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area
Maintain composure in a fastpaced environment

Qualifications:
Must have previous experience in the food service industry.
Must be available to work on the weekends primarily evenings and nights.

Job Types:
Part-time, Casual

Part-time hours: 8-25 per week
