Position Summary:

To perform any picking, shipping, and receiving functions within the department and to train and motivate others to perform all assigned tasks in keeping with Freshstone Brands' organizational goals, purpose, vision and values.

In this role, the Team Lead will be required to posses and maintain certification to operate a reach truck and walkie (end rider).

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Adheres to the confidentiality agreement
Responsible for productivity, accuracy and efficiency of the daily operation
Perform all functions of the position
Train and motivate others in their responsibilities
Responsible for additional duties which may include, but not be limited to processing RFI/RFT and interdepartment transfers; shipping and receiving; processing and auditing lot management functions; inventory and warehouse layout management; customer set; loading functions and vendor receiving
Coordinating tasks to be completed by other workers
Building openings and closings
Availability for physical inventory
Troubleshoot basic operational issues
Project a positive attitude and mentor coworkers
Demonstrate the ability to overcome problems and make decisions
Participate in continuous improvement efforts
Ensures a clean work environment
Performs other related duties as required
