- Offer Tier 3 Field Service Support for User Terminals to Distribution partners and Ref UTs deployed globally
- Assist in testing new firmware and software releases for various UTs
- Specialize in the Installation and configuration of all User Terminals in the product line
- Provide assistance for user terminal installation and setup
- Conduct on-site engagement and technical issue presentations to users and Distribution Partners
- Develop customer-facing User Terminal Installation Documentation
- Create troubleshooting procedures and training materials for customer support
- Travel may be required up to 50% of the time
- Strong problem-solving skills with a systematic approach
- Experience working with SatCom and RF technologies
- Proficiency in deploying/installing VSAT terminals
- Familiarity with IP networks (routing and switching) and Linux Operating systems
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities
- Knowledge of regulatory and test standards in land, maritime, and aviation industries
- Expertise in electrical and mechanical skills necessary in Satcom operations
- Experience with RF test equipment
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience (5 – 8 years)

Who We Are Looking For:
In the position of Service Fields Support Engineer at OneWeb, you will play a vital role in our business expansion. Your responsibilities will include providing Tier 3 User Terminal Field Service Support to Distribution Partners and Ref UTs used for Operations. As the expert on the installation and operation of all User Terminals within our product range, you will collaborate with Operations Engineering and Development teams to deliver tier 3 operational support for new user terminal deployments, service support escalations, and system enhancements.
