Perform fitness consultations, make exercise and lifestyle recommendations and follow up consistently
Design and implement individualized fitness programs

Ability and desire to contribute to and accept assistance from a team of like-minded professionals.
Qualifications:
Experience in sales - Communication skills, ability to convey process and value
- Superior communicator who energizes others
- Well organized and able to work independently
- Degree or Diploma in a health/fitness related field an asset but not necessary.
- Current group/personal training credentials. CSEP, CrossFit, Strength, and Conditioning, or NCCP
- Specialty certs a bonus such as TRX, Bosu, Equalizers, Battle Ropes etc.Current AED/CPR
- Experience in one or all of the following Personal Training, CrossFit, Athletic Training,
- Professional and courteous
- Proficient reading and writing skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Knowledge of the Crunch brand and offerings

A Fitness Consultant is responsible for meeting with Crunch members, reviewing their health and fitness goals and prescribing a program to meet those needs successfully. The ideal candidate will have sales experience, successfully follow procedures and be able to achieve sales targets. They will also understand how to be successful in building their commission structure. This position is for you if you are self-reliant, coachable and thrive on the challenge and excitement of inspiring and guiding others to have fun and reach their maximum potential through fitness.
