We are seeking a creative and motivated Business Process Specialist to join our team on an approximate 3.5 year term.
you will play a key role in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations through the design, implementation, and
management of business processes. This will include developing systems and overseeing critical deliverables such as business
capability models, business process mapping standards, value streams, and development standards.
_ Responsibilities:
_
- Lead the development of business process management methods and systems at Manitoba Hydro.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to develop and implement process improvement initiatives that
- Identify opportunities for process automation and work with D&T and other technical teams to implement automation solutions.
- Conduct process mapping and analysis, facilitate business capabilities mapping, and build business information and
- documentation models.
- Develop systems that support process documentation and monitor and track key performance indicators related to strategic
- Support, help develop, and maintain business and leadership systems to support the organization's culture and improvement
- efforts.
- Conduct assessments of current systems to identify opportunities for improvement and alignment with business initiatives.
_ Qualifications:

- Program/project management skills and the ability to set clear goals to achieve desired results.
- Strong understanding and utilization of various process improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Process
- Mapping.
- Ability to analyze data and identify patterns and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Experience in change management and the ability to effectively manage and implement process improvements.
- Experience with business systems and the ability to map and document business processes.
- Familiarity with business capabilities mapping to understand and improve business operations.
- Experience with identifying and implementing automation solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ability to develop and maintain process documentation and flow diagrams.

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The range for the classification is $44.27-$61.12 Hourly,
$84,833.84-$117,123.76 Annually.
