The TDBG Organization Effectiveness Advisory & Governance Team (OE) is a Centre of Excellence which supports businesses across the enterprise on the analysis, development and implementation of organization design and organization effectiveness initiatives and corresponding governance policies.
The OE team operates as an internal consulting practice and works closely with HR business partners and senior business leaders to support business strategy and sustained performance.

About this Role
Competency Centre leads to enable our business leaders in the creation and deployment of job and competency models in support of TD colleague development.
You will lead the deployment of models and assessments across our enterprise and/or specific business units, including playing a role in developing project plans, leading socialization meetings, developing and preparing presentations, support material and documents.
You will also support model development, as needed.
As a respected OE Specialist, you are well positioned as a professional who has strong business acumen, analysis, communications, and stakeholder management skills.
- Lead deployment of job model and competency assessments, across various lines of business, at times can be concurrently varying in complexity and scope
- Own the project plan, manage the planning phase for all businesses; lead and facilitate socialization & information meetings with business and HR leaders
- Responsible for endtoend administration of competency assessment tool, including the initial build, setup, and troubleshooting for stakeholders
- Coordinate and facilitate People Manager webinar training, HRBP toolkit reviews, and action planning kickoff/hand off meeting
- Engage, manage, and influence internal/external crossfunctional partners to develop/deliver integrated solutions across OE Governance
- Identify opportunities to improve process and supporting materials to increase effectiveness of job architecture and competency assessments
- Produce Ad hoc deck / content material; review, edit, update support materials as needed
- Provide specialized analysis and consultative services in this area of expertise, and develop, design and, deliver HR solutions and supporting material to enable businesses to achieve their goals and objectives
- Leading alignment efforts across stakeholders and managing logistics to execute specialized OE consulting projects and programs
Requirements:
What can you bring to TD?
You're a confident professional with planning, research and qualitative analytical skills, and an articulate communicator (written and oral) who can serve as a 'point person' for OE consulting projects, and possesses the following:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in organization design, organization effectiveness, or human capital strategies and projects.
- A strong ability to understand how organizations function and how organization effectiveness is enabled. Ability to anticipate the longerterm impact of decisions and take a broad approach to problem solving
- Ability to solve ambiguous, complex problems requiring analysis of multiple variables, including consultation with multiple stakeholders
- High proficiency in qualitative analysis, using results to draw conclusions and make recommendations
- Ability to organize and present complex information/concepts in a persuasive manner, tailored to the audience
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence
- Strong resultsoriented project management skills; well organized, with a high attention to detail
- Highlevel expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and troubleshooting skills is essential
- Undergraduate degree in HR, or Organizational Development / Behaviour. Post graduate degree is an asset #LI-Hybrid
