- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews, to ensure team alignment and progress.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including product owners, developers, and other team members, to gather and clarify requirements, define user stories, and prioritize the product backlog.
- Monitor and track project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and take proactive measures to mitigate any potential issues or roadblocks.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and across different teams, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular retrospectives to continuously improve team processes, identify areas for growth, and implement necessary changes.
- Facilitate continuous learning and professional development for the team, providing guidance, mentorship, and access to relevant training and resources.
- Proactively identify and address any challenges or impediments that may hinder the team's progress or productivity.
- Actively participate in the development and implementation of the organization's Agile strategy, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Agile methodologies, business intelligence, ETL, and Source Code Management.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile leadership role.
- Proven expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and XP.
- Strong understanding of business intelligence, ETL, and Source Code Management tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, foster a positive work environment, and drive team success.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in facilitating effective meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Proficient in the use of Agile project management tools and software.
- Valid certifications in Agile methodologies, such as CSM, PSM, or equivalent.

Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Scrum Master to join our team in Information Security. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, business intelligence, ETL, and Source Code Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and guiding cross-functional teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
