We are looking for a Corporate Development Analyst to help grow our business and contribute to our future.


The Corporate Development Analyst will contribute to the evaluation and analysis of specific strategic initiatives by assisting in industry and company research, financial forecasting and valuation, due diligence and deal execution.

The Corporate Development Analyst will also assist in verbal and written communication of the findings to the senior management team thereby enabling them to make informed business decisions.

Reporting to the Director, Corporate Development, other highlights include:


  • Perform industry research and develop views on sector, segment, and companies of strategic interest to ISC. Provide support in managing and supporting pipeline of M&A opportunities.
  • Develop financial models, analysis and valuation of inorganic growth opportunities including acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships, and other structures.
  • Assist in the strategic development, assessment and due diligence functions of a transaction or new business opportunities, and the preparation of presentations and business cases of the findings and analysis to senior management.
  • Support deal negotiations, lead parts and assist in distributing, tracking, and collating due diligence reports prepared by transaction team members.
  • What you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant area, such as Business Administration or Finance, paired with 35 years of relevant work experience (strong preference for experience in corporate development, consultancy/advisory services, or strategy function).
  • Strong analytical skills, preferably with experience in building complex strategic, valuation and transactional models.
  • Strong financial acumen with an excellent understanding of financial concepts and valuation. Knowledge of and experience with financial statements (ratio analysis, performance return measures).
