Role Overview


Reporting to the VP of Marketing in Vancouver, the Product Marketer will serve as a dynamic bridge between product development, marketing, and sales.

You'll lead messaging, positioning, and branding efforts, defining our product's market presence and influencing demand and usage through strategic market research and innovative marketing programs.


What You'll Do

Strategy:


  • Develop and execute a product marketing strategy to elevate our solutions in the market.
  • Champion product insights to shape the overall marketing strategy and advocate our product suite's value proposition.

Customer Insights:


  • Build detailed personas and deeply understand our markets to drive informed sales and marketing activities.

Competitive Analysis:


  • Create and maintain a competitor comparison matrix, using insights to inform new product development, pricing, and marketing strategies.

Messaging and GTM:


  • Craft product positioning and messaging leveraging customer research, driving gotomarket strategies aligned with sales and marketing teams.

Product Enablement:


  • Communicate new feature releases' vision and benefits to the team, developing sales tools to enhance the sales process.

What You Bring to The Table

  • 3+ years of product marketing experience with marketfacing roles.
  • Proficiency in productivity, collaboration, and CRM tools like Slack and Salesforce.
  • Strong presentation skills and excellent written communication.
  • Proven ROItracking abilities and exceptional people management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience.
