Role Summary:
_**Counterforce is currently recruiting a TEAM and detail-oriented Dealer Accounting Clerk to perform daily procedures that relate to financial transactions and inquiries:
_Key Job Responsibilities:
_


  • Entering new dealer and customer accounts in ABM
  • Processing updates to existing accounts
  • Posting registers
  • Create KPI slides for the dealer team
  • Generate a report of outstanding invoices at end of the month and audit and approve intercompany charges
  • Balancing dealer statements and assisting dealer account representatives with data entry
  • Create and revise billing codes in the Acknow system
  • Processing dealer payments on a monthly basis
  • Responding to dealer inquiries and distribution of all mail and faxes**
    _Qualifications:_
  • University Degree in accounting or a related field required
  • Bilingual (French & English) speaking and writing required
  • Computer skills (ABM, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word, etc.)
  • Familiarity with accounting principles
  • Outstanding analytical skills
  • Exceptional time management and organization skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Positive attitude with a Team first perspective
