Role Summary:
_**Counterforce is currently recruiting a TEAM and detail-oriented Dealer Accounting Clerk to perform daily procedures that relate to financial transactions and inquiries:
_Key Job Responsibilities:
_

Entering new dealer and customer accounts in ABM
Processing updates to existing accounts
Posting registers
Create KPI slides for the dealer team
Generate a report of outstanding invoices at end of the month and audit and approve intercompany charges
Balancing dealer statements and assisting dealer account representatives with data entry
Create and revise billing codes in the Acknow system
Processing dealer payments on a monthly basis
Responding to dealer inquiries and distribution of all mail and faxes**
_Qualifications:_
University Degree in accounting or a related field required
Bilingual (French & English) speaking and writing required
Computer skills (ABM, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word, etc.)
Familiarity with accounting principles
Outstanding analytical skills
Exceptional time management and organization skills
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Positive attitude with a Team first perspective
