Architectural Co-op Student - Mississauga Office
Position Summary:
Hatch is seeking a highly motivated Architectural Co-op Student for four (4) months term in our Mississauga location.
During this time, the student will work closely with professionals at all levels of the company including Architects, Engineers, Intern Architects, Technologists, and Interior Designers.
The student will support the team on various projects globally, whilst gaining valuable experience to advance your education and career.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production of deliverables to illustrate conceptual, schematic, and detailed design including massing models, diagrams, isometrics, sketches, presentation material, brochures, etc.
- Creating graphic representations using design software like Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint. Working with twodimensional drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, and MicroStation) and threedimensional modeling software (e.g., Revit, OpenBuildings, SketchUp, Twin motion, Lumion, etc.) to produce massing models, renderings, and animations.
- Assist with administrative tasks like setup of lunch & learn sessions, organize sample libraries, perform CAD work for office standards, collect and organize reference information, etc.
Education and Experience:
- Enrolled in an undergraduate or diploma program in architecture at a postsecondary institution.
- Ability to learn new procedures, skills, software, and tools required to perform the work.
