    Calling all Licensees looking for a great team Are you a self-starting multi-tasker with stellar organizational skills? Do you thrive in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment?

    We are a top-producing, thoughtful team of real estate professionals looking for a Licensed Assistant who is fluent in Paragon, Webforms, Strata Documents, and the dynamic Kelowna Real Estate market. You can pivot on a dime, knowing how best to prioritize the needs of your entourage and client base. Basically, if you can talk the talk, let's get you walking the walk...

    Compensation:

    $65,000+ yearly PLUS Bonus Structure DOE

    Responsibilities:
    • Showings
    • CRM maintenance and management
    • Client communication
    • Offer prep
    • Lead/Showing follow up
    • Strata doc summary
    • Email and Calendar management
    • Buyer tours
    • CMA groundwork
    • Tending to the lifecycle of a Sale or Purchase
    • Occasional errands
    • Event planning
    • Office conservation
    Qualifications:
    • Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work
    • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
    • Able to prioritize and manage a range of responsibilities
    • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet skills
    • Maintain confidentiality when assisting to problem-solve for clients and the team
    • Enjoy being in a dynamic job where no task is above or below you
    • Valid BC driver's license and reliable vehicle
