    You love everything to do with the bustling housing market. The idea of supporting a team of Realtors to help their clients find a perfect home is your deal. Customer service is in your DNA and organizing and scheduling people makes your heart beat faster. You look at a calendar and see endless possibilities. You are a problem-solver, solutions finder, and responsibility seeker And computer literacy? Oh yeah, you rock at that too – Microsoft Office has nothing on you. From spreadsheets to word docs, you've got templates and systems down pat. No admin task is too much for you and your can-do attitude lights up the room. Your passion is undeniable, and you bring reassurance, positivity, and loyalty to the table.

    We are top-producing, thoughtful team of real estate professionals looking for an ideal candidate to help complement and grow with our business. You'll keep us running like a well-oiled machine and take every opportunity to find room for improvement. Knowledge of Paragon, Webforms, LTSA, and Strata Documents would be stellar. You have a valid class 5 and don't mind occasionally cruising from job to job while singing along with the radio.

    Compensation:

    $52,000+ yearly PLUS Bonus Structure DOE

    Responsibilities:
    • CMA groundwork
    • CRM maintenance and management
    • Tending to the lifecycle of a Sale and/or Purchase
    • Client communication
    • Lead/Showing follow up
    • Buyer tour organization
    • Email and Calendar management
    • Marketing preparation
    • Occasional errands
    • Event planning
    • Office conservation
    Qualifications:
    • Shows ability to quickly and accurately finish very detailed work
    • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
    • Enjoy being in a dynamic job where no task is above or below you
    • A constant drive to improve the experience of our clients and our internal processes: "How can I make things better?"
    • Able to prioritize and manage a range of responsibilities
    • Proficient in a multitude of computer programs
    • Maintain confidentiality when assisting in problem-solving for clients and the team
    • Ability to decipher and retain key facts, important information, and directives
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Valid BC driver's license and reliable vehicle
