Responsibilities

  • You will work on a team of two to four Associates and Consultants to deliver client outputs at every stage of the engagement
  • Developing recommendations and communicating them clearly
  • Formulating hypotheses and validating ideas through the use of frameworks, analysis, and analytics
  • Identifying opportunities and solutions to client's problems
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge management, training, and infrastructure materials

Requirements:


  • Undergraduate degree with 3 to 5 years of work experience postgraduation or master's degree with 1 to 2 years of work experience
  • Strong professional experience with a record of high achievement and managerial experience
  • Strong record of leadership in a professional setting
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving ability with the ability to frame solutions in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas both written and verbally
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to break down problems through thinking and analysis
  • Comfortable interacting with clients
